A review of Sentinel 0-6-0 "Tom" over the last decade.  Move your cursor over the thumbnail to see the bigger version.

Ironically, Andrew had seen "Tom" long before it came his way: here it is leaving Rowsley for Cottesmore, hauled by Charlie At Cottesmore (Rutland Rly Museum) early in 2010 First stop was at Horsehay, where we had to lift the engine out to fit the converter but to get the power unit in, the radiator had to come out first. In june 2012 it was back to Rowsley, being hauled back in by Charlie, which had hauled it for departure six years before Sadly, the converter leaked so out came the power unit again (October 2012) At least this time when it left Rowsley it could do so under its own power In the AFRPS area at Scunthorpe Heading up a train of former dmu trailer cars Alongside a Janus at Scunthorpe
