Optimus Template

Provisionally, Sunday November 22nd has been set for D9524 to operate passenger trains on Elsecar Heritage Railway. It is hoped for a two coach formation with Mike Hart's Sentinel 4wVBT "William" at the "bottom" (Hemingfield) end to maintain steam heat, provided the latter is available after sorting a leaking superheater coil. This will be a unique combination of motive power and well worth an afternoon!
